2018 Officers - Directors' Election

The Nominating Task Force recommends the following slate of officers and directors:

The election will be conducted at the Thursday, Oct. 12 membership meeting at the MeadowView Conference Resort and Convention Center.


Aaron Taylor

Aaron is a graduate of Lee University with a degree in Business Administration.   He has been in the real estate industry since 2002. 

Aaron currently serves as 2017 President Elect, has served as 2016 Treasurer and as a NETAR Director.  He has served on multiple committees.

Aaron has completed NETAR Leadership 1.0 and 2.0.  He has won several NETAR award recipient.

Aaron is a TREEF Trustee and is 2018 TREEF President Elect for Tennessee REALTORS and teaches classes for NETAR and  TN Realtors.

He is married to Melissa and has two boys Matthew and Andrew


Karen Randolph
President Elect

Karen has a long and distinguished career in real estate and community service. Some of her accomplishments include:

Licensed in 1995; Licensed Broker in Tennessee & Virginia; Relocation Specialist; Education Designations - ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI.

Outstanding Rookie Award 1997; NETAR  2004 President; Recipient Business Journal 2004  "40 under 40" award;  TAR Executive Committee 2005-2006; NETAR Hall of Fame 2005; NETAR Realtor of the Year 2005; NETAR Education Award 2010; NETAR Humanitarian Award 2010; Tennessee/Virginia Regional MLS President 2010; Served on Local, State, and National Realtor Committees.

Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation Instructor for Agency Law; Required Core Class; RESPA; Homeownership Options; Contracts;  and It Is What It Is.

Active community volunteer; Leadership Kingsport Graduate 2008-2009; LINK Chair 2010; Girls, Inc. Board of Trustee; Funfest Liaison

Humanitarian Missions to Africa, Brazil, Hungary, Honduras, Mexico, and Nicaragua.

Kristi Bailey

Kristi Bailey has been a licensed REALTOR® for nine years. 

She holds a real estate license in Tennessee and Virginia and is an agent at Southern Dwellings.

She earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers' Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and the e-Pro designation.

Kristi currently serves as a 2017 NETAR Director and NETAR Education Co-Chair.

She is a 2017 RPAC major Investor.

Kristi serves on the 2017 Young Professional Network Committee. And, she served as the 2016 Award Committee Chair.

She is a graduate of at East Tennessee State University where she majored in marketing and earned a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration.

She was born and raised in East Tennessee, 

Kristi has been married to Todd for 23 years, and is the mother of two teenagers -  Ethan and Kara. 

She looks forward to continuing to serve NETAR.

Janis Stapleton

Obtained Tennessee Real Estate License in October 2007 and became full-time agent at Blue Ridge Properties.

Graduate of the NETAR 2011 Class of Leadership; Awarded the Mark Keesecker Humanitarian Award in 2016; Repeat recipient of the NETAR Silver Circle Award; Recipient of the NETAR Education Award 2016; Earned GRl, Master GRl, and SRES Designations in 2017; Attended 2017 CRS Sell-A-Bration, joined CRS and working toward CRS Designation in 2017.

Serves on NETAR Board of Directors; Serves as a member of the Tennessee Realtors Board  Directors 2O17; Organized NETAR "Book Bag Project" for Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kingsport; Serves on Susan G. Komen Board of Directors 2OI4-2O17.

Active member of First Baptist Church of Kingsport and volunteer in church nursery; Past member of Junior League of Kingsport and Kingsport Women's Symphony.

Marci Ferguson

Maci was born and raised in Johnson City, TN.

She  graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Marketing Communications.

With much support and encouragement from friends and family, Maci started her real estate career in August 2016 with RE/MAX Checkmate in Johnson City.

She enjoys being a resource to both buyers and sellers and gets energy from helping people.

Maci is currently serving on The Board of Directors as an appointee for the remainder of 2017.

She also serves on the Hospitality Committee, completed Leadership 1.0, and is the youngest RPAC Major Investor at NETAR. ​

Maci is a proud dog mom to chocolate labs, Boone and Scout, and happily married of four years to her husband, Andrew.

She enjoys traveling, playing golf, Tennessee football, and a good glass of Cabernet. 

Donna Lampkins

Donna Lampkins is proud to be a full time Tennessee Affiliate Broker since 2004.  She has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer and holds the professional designations of CRS and GRI.

She is a member of National Association of Realtors®, Tennessee Realtors®, and Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors®. Donna completed the NETAR leadership 1.0 and 2.0

She is a Major RPAC Investor and serves on the YPN Committee.

On a personal note Donna was born and raised in the small coal mining town of Dante, Va. but has called the Kingsport area home for over 40 years. She has been married for 42 years and has one son.

Kathy Oaks

Kathy is a broker associate and has been licensed since 2004.

She served  NETAR over years in many capacities. Se was a member of the Leadership Commmittee and chaired Leadership NETAR for one year. .

She served as on the Awards committee several years; chairing it once as well as serving on the Budget Committee.

 She served a three-year term on the NETAR Board of Directors . She is a two-time former president of the Women's Council of Realtors.

She has graduated from the Leadership 1.0 and is currently in Leadership 2.0.

Her most esteemed honor is being named NETAR's 2010 REALTOR® OF THE YEAR.

Kathy is a Real Estate Leadership Coach for Keller Williams where she coaches and trains. She is a part of the Oak Grove Property Group Team.

She is a member of Hosanna Fellowship in Johnson City where she serves in many capacities of leadership. Kathy's main passion and hobby is her big family which include 4 Grandchildren which light up her life. 

Jamie Skeen

Jamie Skeen is a ETSU graduate and is broker/owner of Century21 Legacy Company with offices in Greeneville, Kingsport and Johnson City.

Jamie is a past NETAR Director and has participated in many committees. He is finishing a three-year term at the TN/VA Board of Directors. 

Jamie is a NETAR RPAC major Investor.

Steve Taylor

As a Realtor® since 2009, Steve Taylor believes in building better communities through Leadership in Real Estate.  Steve stays busy helping get clients in and out of homes and loves doing Real Estate.

Steve Taylor is a 2017 RPAC Major Contributor and was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors during 2017.  Steve graduated from NETAR Leadership  and currently serves as the NETAR Leadership Task Force, RPAC, and Budget committees.
