While this training is designed for Grievance Committee members, it is open to all NETAR members.  This class provides excellent information on what to do if you are ever involved in an Ethics/Arbitration dispute.

This training will efficiently and effectively familiarize members of the Grievance Committees with their obligations and responsibilities with respect to appropriate Code enforcement procedures of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and its interpretations.

This interactive class will include practical application through case studies and scenarios and will familiarize students with the obligations and rights of complainants and respondents in professional standard matters.
