2024 New TN Forms Update Class- 1HR TN CE Virtual

August 6, 2024 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

In this quick 1-hour class, Susan Barnette will go over all the new TAR Form changes starting on July 1, 2024.

This legislation takes effect July 1, 2024 and amends the definition of “sinkhole”, with the result that sellers are now required to disclose known sinkholes regardless of whether the sinkhole is indicated through the contour lines on the property’s plat map.

As a result of this statutory change, the following forms have been amended:

RF201, RF203, RF204 and RF205

The amended forms will have a publication date of 7/1/2024 and have been sent to all approved forms vendors with Tennessee REALTORS®:  Transaction Desk, ZipForms, BrokerMint, Glide, Redfin, and Docusign.  If you use these vendors, the forms will automatically appear in your library on July 1, 2024.  If you are using a vendor with whom Tennessee REALTORS® does not have a licensing agreement, such as DotLoop, it will be your responsibility to make sure you upload the latest version of the form for use in all transactions after July 1, 2024.

You must register to attend this class. Registration closes 1 hour before each class starts.

By registering for this class, you have agreed to the following: you must professionally conduct yourself and follow all of NAR, NETAR, and the TREC rules for virtual learning. If you cannot follow these rules, you will be asked to leave the class or reschedule and NOT receive CE hours for the class.
