This 4-hour 2024 TN Forms class Susan Barnette will cover the changes that have been made and help resolve common problems on the misconceptions and misunderstandings to the Tennessee REALTORS® Purchase and Sale Agreement in general. Students will learn how to properly fill out and use the TR Forms and how to explain its various provisions to a buyer and seller. New legislation takes effect July 1, 2024, and amends the definition of “sinkhole”, with the result that sellers are now required to disclose known sinkholes regardless of whether the sinkhole is indicated through the contour lines on the property’s plat map. As a result of this statutory change, the following forms have been amended: RF201, RF203, RF204 and RF205
