Course Description:

In this course we will take a dive into the ever evolving world of advertising and what it takes to keep agents and brokers compliant. This course is targeted to managing brokers. We will dive in with a review of current advertising guidelines from TREC in this section we will also discuss Fair Housing and the guidelines therein. We will move to the process of establishing an inner-office review policy for advertising for brokers who may not already have this in place. We will also be discussing best practices for team advertising, best practices for online advertising, and best practices when offering guarantees and offers to the public. We hope that as an end result brokers will be better equipped to oversee advertising that is sent out by them, their office, and their agents. Advertising is one of the most vital aspects of our business and as a result what we advertise has a direct impact upon the public.
