Agency at its heart is not difficult or complex concept. It’s all about representing a consumer conscientiously, doing so with the consumer’s understanding and written agreement, steering clear of any conflicts of interest, and ensuring that-at any time the transaction-everyone in the transaction knows whom the licensee does or doesn’t represent. This course takes you through common misconceptions about agency law in TN, as well as a section-by-section presentation of the law itself.
