This course will arm agent with the tools necessary to keep good records of their finances, clients files, and important documents. We will go over spreadsheets can be data goldmine. The basic bookkeeping skills start with a spreadsheet,  a brief look at some free online accounting software and how to organize all of your digital files in one place and have the ability to access them anywhere with Google Drive.

Instructor: Rodney Tate

Rodney Tate Jr is a US Navy Veteran and an Affiliate Broker with Assured Real Estate Services. Equipped with a service 1st mentality he has served as the chairman for the Young Realtist Division of NAREB Memphis Realtist, MAAR Education Foundation Trustee, Chairman of MAAR’s Fair and Affordable Housing Committee, and the Director of Housing with Operation Taking Back 901. Rodney currently serves as a Director for MAAR, Tennessee Realtors, and United Housing. His clients always come first and foremost and the customer experience is first class.  As a professionally licensed real estate educator in Tennessee, Rodney provides educational services to entrepreneurs with topics like business startups, business tech tools, and even an Intro to Entrepreneurship class for high school students. Outside of real estate he is a mentor with the Grizzlies Foundation and Memphis Athletic Ministries as well as a St. Jude volunteer.
