Property Reports- The property report contains a lot of important information.  It allows you to determine if the property is owner occupied or investor owned.  You will find the sales history, taxes, mortgage, and FEMA flood zone information. The building characteristics selection will indicate the year built, makeup of the exterior, square footage, as well as other important data.

Using a variety of different search criteria, maps, zip codes, to be able to pull properties surrounding a subject property or entering property criteria.
