Contracts 101 4HR TN CE-Hybrid Class

Are you up to date on the 2024 Tennessee REALTOR® Forms? This course is designed to cover the updates and changes to the TAR Forms and provide a practical guide for the successful completion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. The student will identify and successfully complete the newest forms and identify the changes to existing forms.
*This course may only be taken once and may not be duplicated for CE hours needed for license renewal.
