Are you up to date on the 2025 Tennessee REALTOR® Forms? This course is designed to cover the updates and changes to the TAR Forms and provide a practical guide for the successful completion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. The student will identify and successfully complete the newest forms and identify the changes to existing forms.

Aaron Taylor is the current 2025 TNVA MLS President. 2025 NAR RPAC Participation Council Rep for TN. He is a Golden R President’s Circle member and RPAC Hall of Fame member. Previously served as DVP Region 3 for TN Realtors 2019-2021, 2022 NAR Major Investor Council Rep for TN, 2019 TREEF President, 2018 NETAR President. He has been licensed since 2002. He and his wife Melissa have 2 boys Matthew, 18 and Andrew, 15. Aaron has his Master GRI, CRS, and C2EX endorsements.  He is a licensed instructor with TREC and TREEF.
