Mission Critical It’s Time For Class! 3 HR TN CE Virtual

Join Robert Morris for this critical but motivational, upbeat, and informative session designed for Realtors to have an understanding of the potential ramifications of the current and future NAR, MLS, DOJ, and real estate company lawsuits that will affect how agents are currently doing business.  Robert will be reviewing current business practices and the history of how “agency” has changed. Then, we will examine key issues in the lawsuits/litigation to get a better understanding of what’s next, set goals, and implement policies/ procedures for future business success!

This course will share the available resources to help you make the adjustments to maintain a happy client base and a viable business.

Instructor:  Robert Morris, Broker, B.S., A.A.S.

Robert Morris entered the real estate field in 1985 and has been actively involved in real estate sales and training since that time.  He is currently a selling broker with Parks Realty, located in Smyrna, Tennessee. Robert has been honored with the Realtor® of the Year and the Tennessee Realtor® Educator of the year awards in his career. He has served on several local association’s Board of Directors and currently serving as the 2020 President of the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS®. Robert is an international speaker, certified instructor, and consultant who holds several professional designations/ certifications such as e-Pro, ABR, ABRM, AHWD, CRB, CRS, C-RETS, C2EX, GRI, MRP, PMN, PSA, RENE,  SRES, SRS, SFR, ITI. Robert has been certified by the Instructor’s Training Institute (ITI).  He has conducted seminars, training workshops, and leadership conferences for countless numbers of Realtors®, boards, conventions, and associations throughout the continental US.
