Chris began his real estate career in late 2005 and is currently the Broker/Co-Owner at Weichert Realtors® – The Andrews Group in Murfreesboro, TN, specializing in Residential and New Construction. Throughout his career, Chris has served as President of the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS® and as the 2014-2015 Division 2 Vice President for Tennessee REALTORS®. A Golden R President’s Circle Hall of Fame RPAC Investor, Chris also served as a Reserve Deputy with the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office for 4 years and was recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for NAR’s Safety Course, “Putting REALTOR® Safety First: Safety Strategies for the Modern REALTOR®.” Chris Garrett now serves as the 2024 First Vice President for Tennessee REALTORS®.

Broker-owner of Breland Group REALTORS® in Louisville, KY, Breland founded his company in 1995, which now has 51 agents. He served as the 2016 president of Kentucky REALTORS® and is the 2024 chair of NAR’s REALTOR® Safety Advisory Committee. Breland is also a founding member of the Louisville Metro Police Foundation. His commitment to safety has intensified, particularly because his two daughters are in the real estate business.
