Welcome to NETAR! We are excited to have you as a member. These classes are meant to give you a practical jump start to your new career in real estate! All new members are required to take these classes within in 90 days of joining NETAR. You must go online and take your Code of Ethics (step 4, on the New Member Journey https://netar.us/members/new-member-journey before you come to these classes. All new members are required to take these classes within 90 days of joining NETAR. You are required to stay for the full class from 9:00-12:00 p.m.

In this fast-paced class, you will learn how to fill out and use the Tennessee REALTORS® Purchase and Sale Agreement in general.
New Agent TD (Transaction Desk)-1HR TN CE 10:10 a.m.
In this fast-paced class, you will learn the basics of how to use Transaction Desk. Transaction Desk “in the cloud,” you can access and manage all your real estate forms, contracts, documents, and contracts from any computer with online access. You will always have your “virtual” real estate office with you.
