Course objectives :

Upon completion of this course you will be able to identify the essential elements of fair housing practices. You will learn to demonstrate skills promoting professionalism and reducing risk of legal liabilities associated with them. Construct and develop methods for educating the customer/ client about Equal Opportunity in Housing and the law. You will be able to to identify the Realtor Code of Ethics applicable to fair housing.  Lastly, we will review HUD guidelines for service animals, reasonable accommodations and modification to better assist tenants and/or property owners keeping with the Fair Housing Laws.
