The two-day SRS- Seller Representative Specialist designation is the premier credential in seller representation valued at $295 through NAR. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. You must attend both days to earn CE and class credit at NAR.

The SRS Course will redefine your “normal” and reinvent the way you represent sellers. It provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.

  • Increase listings and grow their business
  • Demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients
  • Understand and apply the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice
  • Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers
  • Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need

By registering for this class, you have agreed to the following: you must professionally conduct yourself and follow all of NAR, NETAR, and the TREC rules for virtual learning. If you cannot follow these rules, you will be asked to leave the class or reschedule and NOT receive CE hours for the class. Robert Morris entered the real estate field in 1985 and has been actively involved in real estate sales and training since that time.  He is currently a selling broker with Parks Realty, located in Smyrna, Tennessee. Robert has been honored with the Realtor® of the Year and the Tennessee Realtor® Educator of the year awards in his career. He has served on several local association’s Board of Directors and currently serving as the 2020 President of the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS®. Robert is an international speaker, certified instructor, and consultant who holds several professional designations/ certifications such as e-Pro, ABR, ABRM, AHWD, CRB, CRS, C-RETS, C2EX, GRI, MRP, PMN, PSA, RENE,  SRES, SRS, SFR, ITI. Robert has been certified by the Instructor’s Training Institute (ITI).  He has conducted seminars, training workshops, and leadership conferences for countless numbers of Realtors®, boards, conventions, and associations throughout the continental US.
