The 2-day Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. This interactive experience to help negotiators elevate their game! You will examine all types of negotiation formats and methods — including virtual — so that you can play the game to win! A full spectrum of tips, tools, and techniques are provided so that can produce effective results for your client. The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients.

Robert Morris entered the real estate field in 1985 and has been actively involved in real estate sales and training since that time.  He is currently a selling broker with Parks Realty, located in Smyrna, Tennessee. Robert has been honored with the Realtor® of the Year and the Tennessee Realtor® Educator of the year awards in his career. He has served on several local association’s Board of Directors and currently serving as the 2020 President of the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS®. Robert is an international speaker, certified instructor, and consultant who holds several professional designations/ certifications such as e-Pro, ABR, ABRM, AHWD, CRB, CRS, C-RETS, C2EX, GRI, MRP, PMN, PSA, RENE,  SRES, SRS, SFR, ITI. Robert has been certified by the Instructor’s Training Institute (ITI).  He has conducted seminars, training workshops, and leadership conferences for countless numbers of Realtors®, boards, conventions, and associations throughout the continental US.
