Selling new construction is often thought of as relatively easy. You just register your customer and let the builder do the rest. Not so fast. A new construction purchase can be a confusing process for both the buyer and their agent, but the agent’s job is to understand the complexities of the transaction, anticipate, prepare and resolve issues that arise as well as serve as a “watchdog” for the buyer over the entire process.

You may think you’ve been there and done that with selling new construction or maybe you’ve had a limited amount of dealings with builder sales. No matter your experience, in this webinar, we will take a deep dive into everything you need to know, but may not have thought about when it comes to working with this sector of the real estate market. Every builder interaction and transaction is different – some builders are more agent and consumer-focused vs. others.
