After completing the class, you will have a basic idea of how to utilize this assistance to make more deals work and help your clients using THDA as a new ‘tool’ in your Realtor toolbox.”

Increasing Minority Homeownership 1 HR TN CE Class #918302:

Class Description: “This course reviews minority homeownership data such as average income, DTI, loan channel, and homeownership rates across the US and in TN. We also introduce you to local resources and tools and explore meaningful partnerships that can help increase minority homeownership in TN. We can’t solve the problem here but we will continue the conversation!”
