Dues Payment Issues
Are you having trouble paying your REALTOR dues online? Please use the following guide to help you navigate through the process. If you need additional assistance, please text us at 423.477.0040.
If you do not know your user name or password, please click the 'Forgot username or password?' link in blue. If you are unable to use the self-serve reset options, you can call NAR member services at 1-800-874-6500 9 AM EST to 7 PM EST or live chat at https://www.nar.realtor/contact-us.
Steps to Pay Dues -
- Click on the Pay Dues link above or click here.
- Login with your NAR login information. Please see the above instructions if you need to find your ID or reset your password.
- Click on Invoicing in blue.
- Then, you should see a My Invoice screen that shows the invoice amount.
- If you want to invest more in RPAC, then change the $20.00 to the amount you wish to invest.
- Then, scroll down and click on Apply.
- Then, click on INVOICE OVERVIEW in which you can see a summary of your invoice.
- Next, click on PAY INVOICE.
- Choose Credit Card (You may use an eCheck if you would like).
- Then, click GO TO CHECKOUT
- On the Credit Card Checkout Screen, please be sure to check the box to Proceed
- Enter you name as it appears on your Credit Card.
- Click on the Type of Credit Card you are using (i.e. Discover, Mastercard, Visa, or American Express).
- Then fill out all of the required fields with stars next to them (Each box should turn green with a checkbox)
- After everything has been filled out, the PAY MY INVOICE should be in blue. Go ahead and click PAY MY INVOICE.
- If the payment was successful, you should see a Print Receipt button.
