REALTOR® of Distinction

The purpose of the REALTOR of Distinction program is to encourage our members to be well-rounded REALTORS® & respected community leaders. The application deadline is Friday, March 21, 2025. Please only refer to your participation in the calendar year - 2024. Award winners will be recognized at our Awards and Membership meeting on April 17, 2025.   • Education (Maximum of 50 points)

  • This value should not be greater than 50 points. If you are over 50 points, please remove items from the Education section.

  • RPAC

  • Please select your contribution level. Levels are based on NAR RPAC levels only.

  • Production Level

  • 2024 Sales Year - MUST be entered in TN/VA MLS or Commercial CIE to qualify. Teams properties must be divided by the number of licensed REALTORS®on the team. Co-Listed properties must be shared equally.
  • Please type your total from the production level.

  • REALTOR Activities (Maximum of 30 points)

  • This value should not be greater than 30 points. If you are over 30 points, please remove items from the REALTOR Activities section.

  • Community Participation (Max 25 Points)

  • This value should not be greater than 25 points. If you are over 25 points, please remove items from the Community Participation section.

  • Total Points

    You need at least 100 points to qualify for REALTOR® of Distinction
