
TR Purchase & Sales Agreement-4HR TN CE -Virtual

During this 4HR class, Susan will cover all the 2026 changes that have been made and help resolve common problems with the misconceptions and misunderstandings of the Tennessee REALTORS® Purchase and Sale Agreement in general. Students will learn how to properly fill out and use the TR Forms and how to explain its various provisions to a buyer and seller.
By registering for this class, you have agreed to the following: you must professionally conduct yourself and follow all of NAR, NETAR, and the TREC rules for virtual learning. If you cannot follow these rules, you will be asked to leave the class or reschedule and NOT receive CE hours for the class.
