Real estate professionals—this class is designed to strengthen both your knowledge and your professionalism. Building Bridges meets the NAR Fair Housing training requirement while exploring the history of fair housing and how it continues to impact our industry today.
We’ll review key fair housing concepts, including steering, redlining, stereotypes, implicit bias, appraisal bias, and the differences between reasonable accommodations and modifications. You’ll leave with practical knowledge that helps you serve clients ethically, professionally, and in full compliance with the law.

By registering for this class, you have agreed to the following: you must professionally conduct yourself and follow all of NAR, NETAR, and the TREC rules for virtual learning. If you cannot follow these rules, you will be asked to leave the class or reschedule and NOT receive CE hours for the class.
