Dealing with the Deal Killers-3HR TN CE -In Person

August 27, 2026 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

In this particular class, we look at the things not directly within our own control. You can do everything else perfectly, only to lose a deal because of an issue with one of the big 5 ‘deal killers’: Title, Financing, Inspections, Appraisals, and Other Agents, and creating a smoother process for your customer

We are going to work on the best strategies and talk about some of the things to best help you with dealing with these folks in a way that gets your deals to close. In addition, we will try to handle things in a way that also preserves relationships with the vendors and makes sure our customers are getting exactly what they are supposed to get.

By registering for this class, you have agreed to the following: you must professionally conduct yourself and follow all of NAR, NETAR, and the TREC rules for virtual learning. If you cannot follow these rules, you will be asked to leave the class or reschedule and NOT receive CE hours for the class.

Class Cost:

NETAR Member-No Charge as a member benefit

Non-member of NETAR-$30.00
