Join Park Avenue Title as they bring you FinCEN: Understanding the Impact on Real Estate. Lunch will be from 12:00-12:30 PM, and the class will start at 12:30.
Understand the new FinCEN reporting rule and how it affects your real estate transactions. This class explains what information agents must collect and provides clear guidance on how to prevent delays at the closing table by
preparing clients early and streamlining your process. You’ll walk away with the key steps needed to stay compliant now that the rule is in effect.
