7-Hour National USPAP® Continuing Education Course
Stay current and confident in your practice with the 2026–2027 7-Hour National USPAP® Continuing Education Course, developed by The Appraisal Foundation and approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB). This course is required continuing education for licensed and certified real estate appraisers and is designed to give you practical tools to navigate today’s most pressing appraisal challenges.
Through interactive lessons and case studies, you’ll sharpen your understanding of USPAP’s key definitions, strengthen your approach to impartiality and bias, and learn how to handle real-world issues such as appraisal revisions, confidentiality, canceled assignments, and the role of artificial intelligence in appraisal practice.
By the end of the day, you’ll be equipped to apply USPAP confidently in everyday assignments — using the 2024 USPAP and 2026 USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual to solve problems, protect yourself from compliance risks, and deliver credible results that inspire public trust.
