New Members, 

Welcome to NETAR! We are excited to have you as a member. These classes are meant to give you a practical jump start to your new career in real estate! All new members are required to take these classes within 90 days of joining NETAR. You must go online and take your Code of Ethics and FairHaven 2.0 (step 4, on the New Member Journey https://netar.us/members/new-member-journey before you attend this class.

All new members are required to take these classes within 90 days of joining NETAR. 

Class Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM-New Agent Forms Class-1HR TN CE with Susan or Terry Barnette- In this fast-paced class, you will learn how to fill out and use the Tennessee REALTORS® Purchase and Sale Agreement in general.

  • 10:10 AM-Intro to Transaction Desk (TD)-1HR TN CE with Susan or Terry Barnette- In this fast-paced class, you will learn the basics of how to use Transaction Desk. With the Transaction Desk in the cloud, you can access and manage all your real estate forms, contracts, documents, and other documents from any computer with online access. You will always have your “virtual” real estate office with you.

  • 11:20 AM-Welcome to NETAR-No CE credit with Andrea Self 

  • 12:00 PM-30 min lunch break provided  

  • 12:30 PM-Mind Your Manners-1HR TN CE with Greg Glosson- Professionalism matters. This course uses real-life situations to help you act right, respond calmly, and earn trust in every deal. Be the agent everyone wants to work with.

The following discussion topics are always prohibited: agreements to fix prices, limit product or service offerings, allocate geographical territory or customers, and refuse to deal. Any discussion inconsistent with this policy will not be tolerated.
