The Divorce Specialist Certification is an in-depth, one-day course designed to equip real estate professionals with the knowledge, strategies, and sensitivity necessary to guide divorcing clients through property transactions with confidence and care. You’ll explore the legal landscape, emotional dynamics, communication best practices, and practical steps for handling joint property sales. You’ll gain insight into the agent’s role in working with attorneys, maintaining neutrality, and upholding ethical standards, all while supporting clients through some of the most challenging decisions of their lives. Through real-world case studies, interactive activities, and expert-led discussions, you’ll leave with the tools to manage high-stress transactions and strengthen your reputation as a trusted, professional resource during one of life’s most significant transitions.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee and e-commerce fees. No-shows will be charged the full registration amount.
