This targeted three-hour course is designed for real estate agents who are looking to expand their professional capabilities in real estate investment.  We will provide agents with a foundational understanding of real estate investment, equipping them with the necessary tools to transition from agents to savvy investors. Participants will learn to ask critical questions before making any investment, utilize essential financial metrics and formulas to evaluate investment opportunities, and understand the tax implications of their investment decisions. The course also delves into practical aspects of real estate investment such as analyzing property expenses, weighing the pros and cons of property management, and exploring various financing strategies. By the end, agents will be able to apply these skills to identify profitable investments, manage investment risks, and optimize their investment portfolio over time.
