Let’s discuss the purpose of a negotiation. We’ll cover what is required from the client and the agent for a successful outcome. This course will explore personal negotiating styles and how to recognize that of your counterpart. Finally, we will uncover an array of tools, tips, and techniques to help master the art of a negotiation for the real estate transaction. This class will be held via Zoom.
