Hurricane Helene donation deadline extended

NETAR

Realtor® Relief Foundation has extended the deadline for locals to make contributions that will go directly to area residents that were victims of Hurricane Helene.

So far, 67 applicants have received $1,000 each from the relief fund. Others are in the process of gathering additional documentation. Out of the 195 applications received, 109 were from the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors (NETAR).

The deadline has been extended to the end of January for applications that go directly to the locals who are still shouldering the effects of the hurricane.

The foundation is unique in that every dollar donated goes directly to victims of disasters. The National Association of Realtors® covers 100% of the administrative expenses. You do not have to be a Realtor® to make a donation.
