So far this year seven of the top sales have been in Washington Co. TN, three in Carter Co.

Two in Sullivan and one each in Greene and Hawkins counties.

There were 57 sales in the $500K plus tier during February, and 125 so far this year.

The year-to-date price trend is up 45.3% from last year.

During February there were 80 pending sales in this price range, 122 new listings.

Active inventory (376 listings) is up 26.2% from last year
