I hereby apply as a Subscriber to the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors® Commercial Investment Multiple Listing Service. I understand that my subscription is offered through my Principle Broker, who is the Participant in the Commercial Investment, Multiple Listing Service. My check for the scheduled semi-annual participation fee is enclosed. I agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Commercial Investment Multiple Listing Service. I shall at all times maintain control over and be responsible for any and all Commercial Investment Multiple Listing Service Compilations and shall not distribute any Compilation to non-members, including the general public. I agree that any and all information provided by the Commercial Investment Multiple Listing Service to me shall be considered official information of the Service. Such information shall be considered confidential and exclusively for my use as an authorized subscriber sales associate of my Participant in the sale of property filed with the service. I further agree to pay the scheduled semi-annual participation fees as from time to time established by the Commercial Investment Multiple Listing Service.

I hereby certify that the above stated information furnished by me is true and I agree that failure to provide complete and accurate information as requested, or any misstatement of fact, may be grounds for revocation of my membership if granted.
